HOW LONG ARE SESSIONS ?
Classes are 45 min 
BAD WEATHER CAUSING SESSION CANCELLATION ?
If there is bad weather and session is cancel  we will notify you through email, and on our social media. Your session will automatically be credited back to you. You will be able to re-book another session. 
BEGINNER CAN I KEEP UP ?
We are here to motivate and encourage, but we also encourage you to listen to your body during each session. If you are unable to do a certain move, don’t do it! If you need a break, take it! It is always a good idea to consult with a medical professional before starting a new workout program.
HOW DOES GUEST PASS WORK ?
You can share a guest pass with anyone for in your membership level, they will be required to  present proper photo identification, and sign a guest waiver.
WHAT DO I NEED TO BRING ?
We provide complimentary towel service. Water bottles are available for purchase
HOW EARLY SHOULD I ARRIVE FOR SESSION?
We recommend arriving at 10-15 minutes early for your first few . This will give you enough time to check in, meet your instructor and set up your equipment
DO I NEED AN ACCOUNT TO TAKE SESSION?
Yes. Our booking system requires each client to have their own account with a valid credit card on file. Each user must have a valid session credit or membership on their account prior to reserving a session

Step 2: Choose a package or membership option
Step 3: view our session schedule and reserve your spot
12-hour cancellation policy. Please cancel your reservations online if you can no longer attend.
