CLASS/SESSION CANCELLATION POLICY PLEASE REVIEW OUR 12-HOUR CLASS/SESSION CANCELLATION POLICY. WHAT IS THE CANCELLATION POLICY? 12-hour cancellation policy. You may cancel any reservation at least 12-hours prior to session start time with no penalty and the class/session credit will be available for you to re-book. A class/session that is canceled less than 12-hours prior to start time is considered a "Late Cancel" and will be forfeited assessed a $15 fee A class/session that is booked but not attended is considered a "No Show" and will be forfeited assessed a $15 fee. CAN I SWITCH CLASS/SESSION? If it is more than 12 hours before the class/session start time, you can switch by canceling the class/session you are enrolled in and booking a new class/session time. Same day or last-minute class/session swaps are still subject to our 12-hour cancellation window HOW DO I CANCEL A CLASS/SESSION ? Session can be canceled by: Step 1: Log into your account schedule page by clicking on "My Account." Step 2: Select "Schedule" to view your upcoming reservations.
